LeFrancis Arnold
For LeFrancis Arnold, Real Estate is his life! LeFrancis has been a licensed Real Estate Broker for 33 years and for the last 34 years a member of organized Real Estate. He has been married to Sheryl since 1985 and they have two handsome sons, Jason and LeFrancis II, and two grandchildren.
LeFrancis started early in leadership, first on the student council at Compton High School and later at the University of Oregon. At Oregon, LeFrancis won the prestigious Koyl Cup Award as Oregon’s most outstanding Junior and was also Captain of the football team. After spending two years with the Denver Broncos, LeFrancis entered the family Real Estate business with his mother, Evelyn Arnold. Within a year, LeFrancis Arnold became the Broker and President of a new Corporation, Century 21 Arrow Realty, Inc.
In 34 years, LeFrancis and Evelyn have built a strong Century 21 Franchise in the heart of the central cities of Southeast Los Angeles and have served their communities with pride and dignity. Their companies and/or divisions include Century 21 Excellence, All Communities Escrow Services Inc., L.E.D Financial Services Inc. and Hub City Construction and Development Co. Inc. Some of the services provided include Residential and Commercial Real Estate Sales and Services, Business Opportunities, Property Management, Escrow Services, Mortgage Lending, and Construction and Development.
LeFrancis has served as Chairman of the Lynwood Economic Development Committee, is currently Executive Director of Southeast Los Angeles County Community Development Corp. (SELAC), and immediate Past President of Los Angeles County Board of REALTORS® (LACBOR).
As a REALTOR®, LeFrancis served as President of his local association in 2000, was his local association's first appointed N.A.R. director since 1988, and was named REALTOR® of the Year in both 1979 and 2008. LeFrancis has served as N.A.R. representative to the Fannie Mae Housing Impact Advisory Committee since 1995, is currently on the N.A.R. Federal Housing Policy Committee, has served as N.A.R. Liaison for RESPA Reform, and was appointed as a Federal District Coordinator (FDC) to Congresswoman Maxine Waters where he has served for the past 16 years.
At CAR, LeFrancis has served at the leadership level on the Executive Committee, as Association President, Regional Chairman, the Nominating Committee, and currently serves as Liaison to seven committees: Strategic Planning and Finance (SPF), Housing Opportunity, Housing Affordability Fund (HAF), Membership, Equal Opportunity and Cultural Diversity, Commercial Alliance, and International Real Estate Forum. LeFrancis has served as Chair and Vice Chair of the Housing Opportunity Committee, Vice Chair of the Real Estate Finance Committee, Chair of the Government Mortgage Sub-committee, and has been a Legislative Key Contact for over 16 years.
LeFrancis has been on the Housing Opportunity Committee, Common Interest Development Committee, Legislative Committee, Federal Issues Committee, and had the privilege of serving as a CREPAC Trustee for 5 years. On the Nominating Committee, LeFrancis served on the N.A.R. Director Selection Sub-Committee. LeFrancis is a California Golden®, has contributed to political survival since 1987, and helped author CAR’s Housing Opportunity Tool Kit.
Since the start of his professional Real Estate career, LeFrancis has provided Real Estate services to the underserved communities and the emerging markets.
